The "S5 Combitech" sheet tray system is designed to build reliable cable routes where the cable is maximally protected from damage. To increase the protection level, it is recommended to use sheet trays together with covers. Covers are securely fixed by snapping, and if necessary, they can be removed to access the cable. Accessories are connected to each other using the "male-female" method; the connection can be secured with bolts if necessary. Covers are made of sheet steel coated with a protective zinc layer before forming to prevent corrosion. To ensure a maximum IP 44 dust and moisture protection rating, also use the seals included in the system. The grounding cover is designed for perforated and non-perforated trays with a length of 3 meters and a width of 300 mm. Steel thickness - 1 mm. Covers in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin with added aluminum and zinc flakes. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
