"S5 Combitech" sheet tray system is designed to build reliable cable routes where the cable will be maximally protected from damage. To increase the protection level, it is recommended to use sheet trays together with covers. Covers are securely fixed by snapping, and if necessary, they can be removed to gain access to the cable. Accessories connect to each other using a "male-female" method; the connection can be secured with bolts if necessary. Covers are made of sheet steel coated with a protective layer of zinc before forming to prevent corrosion. To ensure the maximum degree of dust and water protection IP 44, also use the seals included in the system. The grounded cover is designed for perforated and non-perforated trays with a length of 3 m and a width of 80 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. Covers in "Zinc-lamelle" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. Such a coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamelle coating are similar to the indicators of hot-dip galvanized coating.
