Threaded inserts are installed in the accessories for mounting the cover. Suitable for the DPX cross-shaped branch with a width of 200 mm and a height of 35 mm. The cover is made in the "zinc-lamella" design – a highly corrosion-resistant coating that includes aluminum, zinc, and magnesium. The coating process is carried out directly on the hot-dip galvanizing production line. The oxidation rate of aluminum is lower than that of zinc, which is why, at the same protective layer thickness, the zinc-aluminum coating has higher corrosion resistance than standard hot-dip galvanized coating. Corresponds to corrosion resistance class 8.
