Threaded inserts are installed in the accessories for mounting the cover. Suitable for a 45° vertical external corner with a width of 150 mm and a height of 35 mm. The cover is made in the "zinc-lamella" finish – a highly corrosion-resistant coating consisting of aluminum, zinc, and magnesium. The coating process is carried out directly on a hot-dip galvanizing industrial line. The oxidation rate of aluminum is lower than that of zinc, which is why, at the same protective layer thickness, a zinc-aluminum coating has higher corrosion resistance than standard hot-dip galvanized coating. Complies with corrosion resistance class 8.
