DKS non-perforated sheet cable trays are used for cable routing both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load capacity – the profiling performed during production creates an additional reinforcing rib, increasing the system's load capacity by up to 54%. When used with a cover and seals, an IP 44 degree of protection against dust and moisture can be achieved. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous grounding loop. The design of DKS sheet trays prevents cable damage during installation. Steel thickness – 1.5 mm, tray height – 100 mm, width – 150 mm, length – 3000 mm. Non-perforated trays in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of DKS zinc-lamella coating are comparable to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
