DKS non-perforated sheet trays are used for cable routing both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load-bearing capacity – the forming process used during production creates an additional stiffening rib, which increases the system's load-bearing capacity by up to 54%. When using a cover and seals, a dust and water protection rating of up to IP 44 can be achieved. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous grounding loop. The design of DKS sheet trays prevents cable damage during installation. Steel thickness – 0.7 mm, tray height – 50 mm, width – 200 mm, length – 2000 mm. Useful cross-section – 9800 mm. Non-perforated trays in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on a chemically active magnesium resin with added aluminum and zinc flakes. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
