DKS non-perforated sheet trays are used for cable laying both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load capacity – the profiling performed during production creates an additional reinforcing rib, which increases the system's load capacity by up to 54%. When using covers and seals, an ingress protection rating of up to IP 44 can be achieved. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous grounding loop. Non-perforated trays in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
