DKS non-perforated sheet cable trays are used for cable routing both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load capacity – the embossing performed during production creates an additional reinforcement rib, which increases the system's load capacity by up to 54%. When used with a cover and seals, an IP 44 degree of protection against dust and moisture can be achieved. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous grounding loop. The design of DKS sheet trays prevents cable damage during installation. Steel thickness – 1 mm, tray height – 50 mm, width – 400 mm, length – 2000 mm. Useful cross-section – 19600 mm. Non-perforated trays in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
