DKS non-perforated sheet trays are used for cable installation both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load-bearing capacity – the forming process used during production creates an additional stiffening rib, which increases the system's load-bearing capacity by up to 54%. When using a cover and seals, an IP 44 degree of dust and water protection can be achieved. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous circuit. The design of DKS sheet trays prevents cable damage during installation. Steel thickness – 0.7 mm, tray height – 50 mm, width – 50 mm, length – 3000 mm. Useful cross-section – 2500 mm. Non-perforated trays in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
