DKS non-perforated sheet trays are used for cable laying both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load capacity – the pre-forming performed during the production of this product creates an additional reinforcing rib, which increases the system's load capacity by up to 54%. When using a cover and seals, a dust and moisture protection rating of up to IP 44 can be achieved. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous grounding loop. The design of DKS sheet trays prevents cable damage during laying. Steel thickness – 1 mm, tray height – 100 mm, width – 600 mm, length – 3000 mm. Non-perforated trays in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. Such a coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
