DKS non-perforated sheet cable trays are used for cable routing both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load capacity – the profiling performed during production creates an additional stiffening rib, which increases the system's load capacity by up to 54%. When used with a cover and seals, a dust and water protection rating of up to IP 44 can be achieved. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous grounding loop. The design of DKS sheet trays prevents cable damage during installation. Steel thickness – 1.2 mm, tray height – 80 mm, width – 80 mm, length – 3000 mm. Non-perforated trays in "Zinc-lamelle" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamelle coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
