Tray 80x80 L 3000, zinc-lamellar 35061ZL DKC

DKS non-perforated sheet cable trays are used for cable installation both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load-bearing capacity – the forming process used during production creates an additional stiffening rib, which increases the system's load-bearing capacity by up to 54%. When using a cover and seals, a dust and water protection rating of up to IP 44 can be achieved. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous grounding loop. The design of DKS sheet trays prevents cable damage during installation. Steel thickness – 0.7 mm, tray height – 80 mm, width – 80 mm, length – 3000 mm. Non-perforated trays in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin with added aluminum and zinc flakes. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
