DKS perforated sheet trays are used for cable routing both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load-bearing capacity – the pre-forming performed during production creates an additional stiffening rib, which increases the system's load-bearing capacity by up to 54%. Perforation reduces the weight of the structure. The trays have holes for cable exit with diameters of 11 mm, 17 mm, 21 mm. The dust and water protection degree of the perforated trays is IP 10 when using the covers included in the system. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous circuit. The design of DKS sheet trays prevents cable damage during routing. Steel thickness – 0.7 mm, tray height – 100 mm, width – 100 mm, length – 2000 mm. Useful cross-section – 9800 mm. Perforated trays in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special corrosion-resistant coating made of chemically active magnesium resin with the addition of zinc and aluminum flakes. The zinc-lamella coating of DKS products is similar in corrosion resistance to "Hot zinc" coating. It provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion.
