DKS perforated sheet trays are used for cable laying both indoors and outdoors. The trays feature high load capacity – the pre-forming produced during the manufacturing of this product creates an additional reinforcing rib, which increases the load capacity of the system by up to 54%. Perforation reduces the weight of the structure. The trays have holes for cable exit. The dust and moisture protection rating of the perforated trays is IP 10 when using the covers included in the system. The "male-female" connection method used for the system significantly reduces installation time and creates a continuous contour. The design of the DKS sheet trays prevents cable damage during laying. Tray height – 80 mm, width – 150 mm, length – 3000 mm, thickness - 0.7 mm. Perforated trays in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating resistant to corrosion made of chemically active magnesium resin with the addition of zinc and aluminum flakes. The Zinc-lamella coating of DKS products is similar in corrosion resistance to "Hot-dip galvanizing". It provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion.
