FIT IT machinist hammer is used in metalworking, woodworking, assembly, and other works. The head is made of forged hardened 45 grade tool steel with a hardness of 50–58 HRC and withstands high impact loads. A striking face hardening depth of 4–5 mm ensures high wear resistance. Black powder coating on the head prevents corrosion. A lanyard hole allows the hammer to be used during high-altitude work and stored on a hanger. The wide ergonomic handle features an anti-slip rubber insert. A fiberglass core strengthens the handle construction. A strong connection between the head and the handle is ensured by polymer adhesive.
