"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. The internal space of the cabinets accommodates equipment for automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection systems. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment and ensures an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with polyurethane foam, which improves sealing quality. The edge fold of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the cabinet interior, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system provides the enclosures with a durable coating resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on basic components. Sectional mounting plates are used for organization of sectioning. Special accessories may be required for their installation, which are also included in the system. Plate height - 200 mm, width - 400 mm.
