No stripping of insulation is required on the main and branch cables for installation • Filling the internal inter-core space with special mastic provides an additional sealing contour and also levels sharp changes in the geometric shape of the sleeve after installation • Cable sheath restoration is carried out using TRM "KVT" heat-shrinkable repair sleeves with a metal lock and a special coating - thermo-indicator paint on the outer surface • Thermo-indicator paint applied to the outer surface of the sleeve changes color from green to black when heated and shrunk • Thermoplastic adhesive applied to the inner surface of the sleeve ensures complete sealing of the sleeve after installation • Sealing of the branch cable exit from the sleeve is carried out using KT "KVT" clips with thermoplastic adhesive • For armored main cables, a non-soldered grounding system is used. The basic configuration includes constant pressure roller springs and a jumper wire • Installation tool: PG (KVT) propane torch • All polymer compositions used for the production of "KVT" heat-shrinkable components are halogen-free (HF=Halogen Free) • Manufactured according to TU 3599-006-97284872-2006
