• Designed for connecting 4-core cables: • with paper oil-impregnated or plastic insulation • with or without armor • with a common aluminum or lead sheath • for voltage up to 1 kV • Complies with GOST 34839-2022 requirements • Types of cables to be mounted: AABl, (A)SBl, (A)SKl, (A)SBG, AAG, (A)SG, AABv, (A)SBShv, AASHv, (A)AShv, AAB2lShv, (A)SB2lShv • Insulating sleeve cuffs ensure reliable and high-quality insulation of the cable core connection points • Thermoplastic adhesive applied to the inner surface of the connection sleeves, gloves, and the sheath ensures complete tightness of the sleeve after installation • Installation of the jumper wire connecting the sheaths and armor tape at both ends of the cable is carried out by a combined method. The standard kit includes constant pressure springs used for fastening the ground wire to the metal sheaths. Fastening to the armor tape is carried out by soldering • When installing the grounding unit on a cable with armor made of steel or aluminum wires, it is necessary to additionally use the "KMPB grounding kit" corresponding to the selected sleeve • The presence of constant pressure springs for fastening the ground wire to the metal sheaths of the connected cables ensures fast and reliable installation. The use of a spring eliminates the possible risk of thermal damage to the paper insulation under the aluminum sheath in case of soldering using high-melting-point solder "A" • The sleeve kit is universal and allows the use of both crimp connectors and bolted connectors • High quality of components and composite materials used • Installation tools: PG (KVT) propane burner, NMB-6 (KVT) bolt head and connector removal kit • All polymer compositions used for the production of KVT heat-shrinkable components are halogen-free (HF=Halogen Free) • Manufactured according to TU 3599-006-97284872-2006
