• Designed for connecting power cables: • with plastic insulation (PVC/XLPE) • armored or non-armored (the suffix "(b)" in the name of the sleeve for armored cables indicates armored) • for voltage up to 1 kV • Sleeve composition: • two-component fast-curing polyurethane compound • plastic transparent body • KSM connector block in a polymer body (designated by the letter (B)) • constant pressure springs PPD (in sleeves for armored cables MKS(b)) • flexible, copper, insulated grounding conductor (PV-3 or equivalent) (in sleeves for armored cables MKS(b)) • sealant tape • PVC insulating tape • sandpaper • latex protective gloves for the installer • Complies with the requirements of GOST 34839-2022 • Cable types for installation: (A)VVG, NYM, (A)PvVG, (A)VBbShv, (A)PvBbShv, (A)PvBbShp • The sleeve kit is universal and can be used on 3-core, 4-core, and 5-core cables • For connecting cores, the sleeve kit with the letter (B) contains an insulated KSM connector block • It is also possible to use crimp sleeves for connecting cores • A two-component self-curing polymer compound is used as an insulating and sealing material • The polymer compound is supplied in separate sections of durable polyethylene packaging with a separator. During installation, the separator is removed and the compounds are thoroughly mixed before being poured into the sleeve body • They do not require the use of an open flame for installation and can be used in places with special fire and explosion safety requirements • The transparent sleeve body provides visual control over the uniform filling of all inter-core voids • Complete sealing of the connection due to the use of a hydrophobic compound • Recommended temperature for mixing, pouring, and curing the compound is no lower than plus 10°C • Curing time of the compound at room temperature is no more than 2 hours • Manufactured according to TU 3599-057-97284872-2014
