NMF-SC-2V-144-5HS blind optical splice closure is designed for mounting on supports of overhead cable lines, walls of buildings and structures. Small capacity closures are advantageous to use in places of pulling peripheral communication lines and at branch points of peripheral lines to subscriber lines. Recommended for places with high humidity and increased dust content in the air. The closure is equipped with a special mechanical locking system in the form of two half-rings with a lock fixed by a special bolt, which significantly facilitates the assembly of the closure, as well as access to the closure during preventive maintenance and repair. The "hot" method of assembly and sealing of cable entries with heat-shrinkable tubes increases the strength of the cable fixation system, the vandal resistance of the closure, and guarantees absolute isolation from dust and moisture. The housing is made of impact-resistant, frost-resistant polycarbonate. Up to four splice cassettes made of durable plastic can be installed inside the closure. The design of the cassettes allows for easy and compact arrangement of splices, while excluding twists and unacceptable bends of optical fibers. The assembly of the closure is simple and does not take much time. The assembly cycle consists of a sequence of ten simple steps. All elements and accessories, as well as special tools, make the assembly reliable, high-quality, and fast. Re-opening and re-sealing while maintaining the original sealing parameters of the housing is allowed. All elements of the closure are designed taking into account operation under temperature fluctuations, high humidity, exposure to aggressive environments, and other harmful effects.
