REXANT NSHVI2 double ferrule set (2x0.75 mm2; 2x1 mm2; 2x1.5 mm2; 2x2.5 mm2) in a box (TE-200) is designed for fast and high-quality connection of various electrical equipment and installation of electrical networks. This modern method of preparing cable for connection replaces the process of stripping or twisting multi-stranded copper wires, forming a complete cable end with subsequent connection of industrial or domestic electrical equipment. For convenient storage of ferrules, a special box made of transparent plastic is provided, ensuring visual control of the contents. The box is divided into 5 sections, each containing ferrules of a specific size. The ferrule is made of brass with surface electrolytic tinning and is designed for the installation of 2 conductors with the corresponding cross-section for crimping. The pre-stripped cores are inserted into the brass sleeve and crimped with special crimping pliers (HT-864 art.12-3202, 12-3202-4; HT-866 art.12-3205; HT8 6-4 art.12-3106; HT-301E art.12-3113, 12-3114, 12-3013, 12-3013-4) in a matter of seconds. For the convenience of inserting multi-stranded wires into the brass sleeve, a conical sleeve made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is provided, ensuring reliable protection of the connection from moisture and other external influences.
