• Designed for terminating cables with a voltage up to 35 kV • The centrally symmetric hole for the cable conductor in the stem body promotes uniform distribution of the electric field intensity • End chamfers to smooth the electric field intensity • The arrangement of bolt axes in different planes at an angle to each other provides a larger contact area of the conductor with the terminal body, thereby contributing to reduced losses in the contact connection • Each bolt terminal is multi-sized and designed for a range of cable cross-sections • Body material: special aluminum alloy • Bolt material: copper alloy • Fastening to the conductor is carried out by tightening bolts with an internal hex drive and a breakaway head. The bolt heads break off upon reaching the specified torque, ensuring optimal mechanical and electrical properties of the contact connection • The bolt design has several grooves—breakaway "necks"—so that the head breaks off flush with or below the surface of the terminal • The tab of "KVT" bolt terminals is offset from the central axis and positioned one step lower than the cylindrical body • The knurling on the inner surface of the cylindrical part of the terminals increases the area and mechanical strength of the contact connection • Each terminal tab is embossed with marking indicating the nominal cable cross-section range and the manufacturer's logo • The application ranges of the bolt terminals coincide with the ranges of heat-shrinkable cable sleeves, making them an ideal addition for cable sleeve kit assembly • Recommended for installation of heat-shrinkable sleeves and for equipping repair and emergency services
