• Designed for terminating cables with voltage up to 35 kV • The centrally symmetric hole for the cable conductor in the tail body facilitates uniform distribution of the electric field strength • End chamfers to smooth the electric field strength • The arrangement of bolt axes in different planes at an angle to each other provides a larger contact area of the conductor with the terminal body and thereby contributes to reducing losses in the contact connection • Each bolt terminal is multi-sized and designed for a range of cable cross-sections • Material: special aluminum alloy with galvanic coating • Fastening to the conductor is carried out by tightening bolts with a shear head. The bolt heads shear off upon reaching the specified torque, ensuring optimal mechanical and electrical properties of the contact connection • The bolt design has several grooves — shear "necks", due to which the head shears off flush with or below the surface of the terminal • The blade of "KVT" bolt terminals is offset from the central axis and located one step below the cylindrical body • The knurling on the inner surface of the cylindrical part of the terminals increases the area and mechanical strength of the contact connection • Each terminal blade is embossed with marking indicating the nominal range of cable cross-sections and the manufacturer's logo • The application range of "GPH" bolt terminals is wider compared to standard Russian bolt terminals.
