NShvI(2) double ferrule terminals consist of a tinned copper ferrule, one end of which is flared to facilitate the entry of multi-strand wire, and a polypropylene insulating sleeve. Designed for use with two conductors: for terminating flexible multi-strand copper conductors by crimping for subsequent fixation in a terminal or neutral busbar. They replace the mandatory process of tinning multi-strand copper wires (type PV-3, PVS, etc.). Used during the assembly and installation of electrical switchgear, control panels, apartment or office distribution boards, and when connecting to neutral busbars. Ferrule terminals are available in two versions for use with one and two conductors. Design features: The conical shape of the inner part of the sleeve facilitates the insertion of a flexible multi-strand conductor into the ferrule, as it is manufactured using "Easy-Entry" technology. The insulating sleeve serves as a limiter and simultaneously provides additional fixation of the wire by the insulation, preventing its breakage. Color coding of the insulating sleeves is performed in accordance with DIN 46228 part 4, allowing for quick selection of the required ferrule size for the conductor cross-section.
