The ferrule terminal (NShVI) is designed for terminating multi-strand conductors for subsequent connection to spring and screw terminals of electrical equipment. The contact part of the ferrule is made of M0 copper and is tin-plated with the addition of bismuth, ensuring high electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulation is made of non-flammable polypropylene; the insulation color is blue. Ferrules are supplied in tape format in quantities of 3000 pieces, which is optimal for use with automated and semi-automatic tools. Industrial standard reel packaging and increased spool capacity reduce service pauses and ensure high productivity during serial installation. Wire cross-section is 2.5 mm2, contact part length is 8 mm.
