The contact part is made of M0 grade copper and is coated with a tin layer with the addition of bismuth, which improves conductivity. The terminal insulation is made of non-flammable, halogen-free polypropylene, which increases safety during operation. Production of terminals on thermoplastic automatic machines ensures high product precision and eliminates the appearance of burrs inside the insulating sleeve.
