Non-insulated tubular crimp terminal is intended for terminating pre-stripped copper or aluminum wires and connecting them to copper terminals, busbars, clamps. Contact part material – copper M1. Tinning of external and internal surfaces using bismuth protects against corrosion and increases the conductivity of the protective layer. Features of the terminal include an inspection hole for quality control of the connection between the wire and the terminal, and a 90° bent blade that saves space, allowing for denser layout in one enclosure. The terminal is used for fastening the contact pad using M16 fasteners. Conductor cross-section – 185 mm2. Rated current – 510 A.
