Non-insulated tubular cable lug for crimping is designed for terminating pre-stripped copper or aluminum wires and connecting them to copper terminals, busbars, or clamps. Contact part material – M1 copper. Tinning of external and internal surfaces using bismuth protects against corrosion and increases the conductivity of the protective layer. Features of the lug include an inspection hole for quality control of the connection between the conductor and the lug, and a 90° bent blade that saves space, allowing for denser layout within a single enclosure. The lug is used for fastening a contact plate using M10 fasteners. Conductor cross-section – 400 mm2. Rated current – 830 A.
