Non-insulated ferrule with an enlarged DIN standard mounting sleeve (TML-DIN) is designed for terminating pre-stripped copper or aluminum wires and connecting them to copper terminals, busbars, or clamps. Contact part material – M1 copper. Tinning of external and internal surfaces using bismuth protects against corrosion and increases the conductivity of the protective layer. Features of the ferrule include markings for correct crimping and a sleeve elongated by 35% to ensure better contact and higher axial loads. The ferrule is used for mounting a contact pad using M14 fasteners. Conductor cross-section – 185 mm2.
