Non-insulated terminal with an extended DIN standard sleeve (TML-DIN) is designed for terminating pre-stripped copper or aluminum wires and connecting them to copper terminals, busbars, and clamps. The contact part material is M1 copper. Tinning of external and internal surfaces using bismuth protects against corrosion and increases the conductivity of the protective layer. Features of the terminal include markings for correct crimping and a sleeve extended by 35% to ensure better contact and higher axial loads. The terminal is used to fasten the contact pad using M12 fasteners. Conductor cross-section – 50 mm2.
