• Designed for crimping copper cables and wires • Material: M2 grade electrotechnical copper • Coating: uncoated (climatic execution: "UKHLZ") • "KVT" is the only plant in Russia producing a full range of cable terminal sizes according to GOST 7386-80 • 85 items in two types of climatic execution • The terminal tails according to GOST are designed for cables and wires of the 5th and 6th flexibility classes. For mounting standard copper conductors of the 2nd and 3rd flexibility classes, it is recommended to select terminal sizes according to a special table • Stamped size marking and manufacturer logo on each terminal • Mandatory chamfering and tumbling operations exclude burrs and facilitate the insertion of the cable conductor into the terminal • After stamping, the terminals undergo annealing to increase the plasticity of the material • A special series of high-precision dies for crimping terminals and sleeves according to GOST MW-shaped form. The dies are compatible with "KVT" hydraulic presses • Technological tooling and dies for the production of "KVT" terminals are developed and manufactured in the plant's tool shop
