For mounting standard copper conductors of the 2nd and 3rd flexibility classes, it is recommended to select terminal sizes according to a special table • Stamped size marking and manufacturer logo on each terminal • Mandatory chamfering and deburring operations exclude burrs and facilitate inserting the cable conductor into the terminal • After stamping, terminals undergo annealing to increase material plasticity • Special series of high-precision dies for crimping terminals and sleeves according to GOST MW-shaped. Dies are compatible with KVT hydraulic presses • Technological tooling and dies for KVT terminal production are developed and manufactured in the plant's tool shop
