For mounting standard copper conductors of the 2nd and 3rd flexibility classes, it is recommended to select terminal sizes according to a special table • Stamped size marking and manufacturer logo on each terminal • Mandatory chamfering and tumbling operations exclude burrs and facilitate the insertion of the cable conductor into the terminal • After stamping, the terminals undergo annealing to increase the plasticity of the material • A special series of high-precision dies for crimping terminals and sleeves according to GOST MW-shaped form. The dies are compatible with "KVT" hydraulic presses • Technological tooling and dies for the production of "KVT" terminals are developed and manufactured in the plant's tool shop
