Cable Lug TM 95-12-15 41442 KVT

• Designed for crimping copper cables and wires • Material: M2 grade electrotechnical copper • Coating: uncoated (climatic execution: "UKHLZ") • "KVT" is the only plant in Russia producing a full line of cable terminal sizes according to GOST 7386-80 • 85 items in two types of climatic execution • Terminal tails according to GOST are designed for cables and wires of the 5th and 6th flexibility classes. For mounting standard copper conductors of the 2nd and 3rd flexibility classes, it is recommended to select terminal sizes according to a special table • Stamped size marking and manufacturer logo on each terminal • Mandatory chamfering and deburring operations exclude burrs and facilitate inserting the cable conductor into the terminal • After stamping, terminals undergo annealing to increase material plasticity • Special series of high-precision dies for crimping terminals and sleeves according to GOST MW-shaped. Dies are compatible with KVT hydraulic presses • Technological tooling and dies for KVT terminal production are developed and manufactured in the plant's tool shop
