For mounting standard copper conductors of 2nd and 3rd flexibility classes, it is recommended to select terminal sizes according to a special table • Stamped size marking and manufacturer logo on each terminal • Mandatory chamfering and deburring operations eliminate burrs and facilitate the insertion of the cable conductor into the terminal • After stamping, terminals undergo annealing to increase the plasticity of the material • Special series of high-precision dies for crimping terminals and sleeves according to GOST MW-shaped form.
