Cable lug TML 70-12-13 40896 KVT

• Designed for crimping copper cables and wires • Material: M2 grade electrolytic copper • Coating: electrolytic tinning (climatic execution: "T2") • "KVT" is the only plant in Russia producing a full range of cable terminal sizes according to GOST 7386-80 • Non-standard terminals: • TML 4-8-3*, • TML 6-8-4*, • TML 16-10-6*, • TML 70-8-13*, • TML 120-10-17*, • TML 150-10-19*, • TML 240-12-24*. • High-quality tinning with bismuth alloying additives guarantees reliable protection of contact connections against corrosion. Matte tin-bismuth tinning distinguishes "KVT" products from terminals from Southeast Asian manufacturers with cheap shiny coating • 85 items in two types of climatic execution • Terminal shanks according to GOST are designed for cables and wires of the 5th and 6th flexibility classes. For mounting standard copper conductors of the 2nd and 3rd flexibility classes, it is recommended to select terminal sizes according to a special table • Stamped size marking and manufacturer logo on each terminal • Mandatory chamfering and deburring operations eliminate burrs and facilitate cable conductor insertion into the terminal • After stamping, terminals undergo annealing to increase material plasticity • Special series of high-precision dies for crimping terminals and sleeves according to GOST MW-shaped form. Dies are compatible with "KVT" hydraulic presses • Technological tooling and dies for the production of "KVT" terminals are developed and manufactured in the plant's tool shop
