Cable pin flat terminal is used for crimping copper cables with a cross-section of 6-10 mm2. It is designed for connection to circuit breaker terminals and other electrical devices with limited contact terminal width. Material – electrical copper. Special tin-bismuth coating provides corrosion protection and guarantees high connection quality under any weather and climatic conditions. A weld seam on the contact rounding area under the cable conductor makes the tube part monolithic and guarantees crimping reliability. The flat pin has embossed notches that create reliable fixation in the clamping terminal. A single connector size can be used for several cable conductor cross-sections. Crimping is performed with special crimping pliers over a protective insulator (HT-6010 art. 12-3041).
