Non-insulated flat pin terminal NSHP is designed for terminating pre-stripped copper or aluminum wires and connecting them to copper terminals, busbars, or clamps. The contact part material is electrical copper. Tinning of external and internal surfaces using bismuth protects against corrosion and increases the conductivity of the protective layer. Features of the terminal include plasticity (due to copper annealing) and precise sleeve geometry, which does not require wire forming. Wire cross-section – 25 mm2. Contact part size – 16 mm.
