• Designed for terminating stranded copper conductors by crimping. They transform the ends of stranded wires into solid pins • NSHV ferrule sizes are calculated for mounting a single conductor of the corresponding cross-section. However, since the plastic limiting sleeve is absent, the ferrules can also be used to connect two or more conductors • Wire insertion into the ferrule is performed from the bell end • Connector material: M1 grade copper • Coating: electrolytic tinning • Operating temperature range: from -55 °C to +135 °C • Due to the extended temperature range, NSHV terminals are recommended for use with wires having heat-resistant insulation made of organosilicon rubber, grades PRKA, PRKS, PVKV, RKGM • Sleeveless ferrules are indispensable for terminating wires with thick insulation (e.g., KG and KOG rubber-insulated cables) • NSHV terminals are available with standard ferrule length. Custom execution of NSHV terminals with increased ferrule length is available upon request
