Open Racknet R300 racks (hereinafter – the rack) are designed for installing switches, patch panels, and other 19” equipment in enclosed spaces with controlled access. The Racknet R300 rack is a structure consisting of a base and one or two frames. For ease of configuration, the frames and the base are ordered and supplied separately. The product is supplied disassembled. Static load: - 1-frame rack — 300 kg; - 2-frame rack — 800 kg (with uniform distribution). The base consists of two supports and two connectors. The frame consists of two vertical guides and four corners. The supports are made of 3 mm sheet steel, connectors — 2 mm. Vertical guides are made of 2 mm sheet steel, corners — 3 mm. All elements have a polymer powder coating. The frames are attached to the base supports without the possibility of adjusting them in depth. For two-frame racks, it is recommended to use bases with a depth of 787 and 955 mm. The rack can be either attached directly to the floor or installed on adjustable feet or rollers. Feet are included in the base delivery. The racks are manufactured in the climatic design UHL 4.2 according to GOST 15150–69 and are intended for operation in enclosed spaces within a working temperature range of 0…+70 °C and relative humidity in the range of 0…90 % (without condensation formation).
