Double-layer insulation of the shaft ensures maximum safety, allowing work under voltage until the red outer insulating coating is damaged; once the yellow inner layer appears, work under voltage must be discontinued! SLIM tapered tip for ease of installation/removal of screws in deep screw channels, etc. According to GOST, periodic testing of tools with multi-layer insulation is not performed (GOST 11516-94, clause 4.3.1.).
