"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. The internal space of the cabinets is used to house equipment for automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection systems. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and ensures an impact resistance rating of IK 10. The doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with polyurethane foam, which improves sealing quality. The edge fold of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the internal space of the cabinet, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. The three-stage automated painting system provides the enclosures with a durable coating resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on the basic components. When organizing sectioning, overlay panels must be installed when using external doors. In this case, the useful height of the mounting area is reduced by 200 mm. Panels are made of 1.5 mm thick steel with a powder coating. The package contains two panels.
