Patch panels are designed for terminating cables of various structured cabling system subsystems and for switching individual network elements with each other using patch cords. The unshielded SUPRLAN patch panel is designed in a 19” format and is intended for installation in telecommunication cabinets and racks. It complies with Category 5e specifications. It has 48 RJ-45 ports in 2U. On the front side, all ports are numbered and have additional fields for labeling. On the rear side of the patch panel, Dual IDC type contacts are located with color coding according to two standards - T568 A and B. The contact blades are positioned at 45°, which improves the transfer characteristics of the connector. Type 110 and Krone blades are suitable for conductor termination. The patch panel kit includes 2 removable rear organizers for cable fixation.
