"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the cabinets. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. Enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and provides an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inside of the door is coated with polyurethane foam, which improves sealing quality. The edge fold of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the interior of the cabinet, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure degree of dust and water protection – IP 65/IP 66. Three-stage automated painting system provides the enclosures with a durable coating resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on basic components. When organizing sectioning, compensation panels are used instead of solid cover panels if additional air vent is required. This reduces the useful height of the mounting area. Panels are made of 1.5 mm thick steel with a powder coating. Degree of dust and water protection - IP 31. The package contains two panels. Top height - 100 mm, bottom height - 100 mm, width - 600 mm.
