The fan shelf is designed to create an additional airflow in areas where active equipment is concentrated within a telecommunications cabinet. Fan shelves can be installed in floor cabinets and racks in accordance with the accessory compatibility table. The fan shelf is powered by connecting the power cord to a 220 V, 50 Hz network. The power connector on the fan unit is of the IEC-60320 C14 type. The fan shelf is built to the 19” standard. The load-bearing structure of the fan shelf is made of 2 mm steel. The fans are enclosed by grilles on both sides. The shelf is switched on/off by the user. The shelf is attached to the rails using a fastening kit. Fasteners are not included in the delivery set. The anti-corrosion coating is made of impact-resistant black powder paint. The 6-fan fan shelf, 520 mm deep, is equipped with additional brackets for rear mounting. The brackets are adjustable in extension to adapt to the depth of the cabinet rails.
