NST hydraulic presses are used for crimping non-insulated terminals and connection sleeves—copper and aluminum types. The use of the press with sleeves/terminals made of non-ferrous metal alloys is permitted. The NST press is a device consisting of a hydraulic chamber with a working piston filled with hydraulic oil, a plunger pump connected to the handles of the device, a valve/pressure relief mechanism, and a working head mounted on the working piston. The working head is a fixture for installing replaceable hexagonal dies. For the NST-70 model, the dies are fixed in the lower and upper parts of the working head, preventing the dies from falling out during operation. NST-120 and NST-300 models have a limiting pin installed in the working head slot after the dies are installed. (ATTENTION! It is forbidden to exceed the nominal crimping force to avoid damage to seals and gaskets) A set of rubber rings for press maintenance is available—2 small and 1 large silicone rings, and fluoroplastic gaskets—small and large.
