Solder with rosin 250g d1.0mm (Sn60 Pb40 Flux 2.2%) REXANT 09-3313

REXANT solder with rosin is a wire (1 mm diameter) made of an alloy of tin (60 %) and lead (40 %). It is used in soldering to join parts together and allows for the creation of a hermetic, mechanically strong (stable) joint. When heated to the melting temperature (183...188 °C), the solder melts, wets the metal being soldered, and, spreading over it, fills the space between the joined parts. In turn, the active rosin flux (MC-20A) helps make the soldered joint stronger! By removing the oxide film from the surfaces being soldered and protecting them from further oxidation during soldering. Flux content in the solder is 2.2 %. As can be seen from the above, REXANT solder with rosin is a true "two-in-one": solder and flux in 250 gram spools.
