I-shaped profile rail, designed for implementing complex sections of cable routes where high loads and large distances between supports are provided. The combination of the I-shaped rail with support brackets AS 15, AS 30, and AS 55 is a balanced system within which smooth height adjustment is possible. Protective zinc coating of the FT I-shaped profile rail is implemented according to DIN EN ISO 1461 by hot-dip galvanizing (coating thickness on one side is at least 60 μm, which is equivalent to 350-420 grams per sq.m of surface). Finished products are immersed in a molten zinc bath, whereby their surface and all joints are covered with a uniform layer of zinc. Parts galvanized in this way have a longer protection period under the same atmospheric conditions, and are also better protected against weak chemical loads, sea and urban air, and other atmospheric phenomena. FT type protective zinc coating when operating in zone C3 according to the classification of corrosion categories according to DIN EN ISO 12944, i.e., in zones with an average zinc consumption from 0.7 to 2.1 μm/year, will effectively resist corrosion for at least 30 years.
