"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control racks. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed within the internal space of the cabinets. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and provides an impact resistance rating of IK 10. The doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with foamed polyurethane, which improves sealing quality. The edge bend of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the internal space of the cabinet, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system ensures a durable coating for the enclosures that is resistant to chips and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on the basic components. A special support profile made of self-extinguishing plastic is used to create busbar routes.
