Copper core wires with polyvinyl chloride insulation are used in electrical installations for stationary laying in lighting networks, as well as for the installation of electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms, and tools at a nominal AC voltage up to 450/750 V inclusive, with a frequency up to 400 Hz, or DC voltage up to 1000 V. PuGV wire is intended for laying in steel pipes, conduits, trays, etc., for the installation of electrical circuits requiring increased flexibility during laying and installation. Nominal wire conductor cross-sections, mm2: 0.75; 1.0; 1.5; 2.5; 4.0; 6.0; 10.0; 16.0; 25.0; 35.0; 50.0; 70.0; 95.0; 120.0; 150.0. PuGV conductor wires for installation and operation conditions requiring increased flexibility must comply with class 5 according to GOST 22483-2012. Wires must be resistant to low ambient temperatures down to -40°C and high ambient temperatures up to 65°C. Wires must be resistant to relative air humidity up to 98% at ambient temperatures up to 35°C. Safe operation and installation conditions. The long-term allowable temperature of conductor heating during operation must not exceed 70°C. Wire installation must be carried out at an ambient temperature of no less than -15°C. The bending radius must be at least 5 nominal outer diameters. PuGV wires must not propagate flame when laid individually. Fire hazard class according to GOST 31565-2012 - O1. 8.2.5.4. Transportation and storage. Transportation and storage of wires must comply with the requirements of GOST 18690-2012. Transportation and storage conditions of wires regarding exposure to climatic environmental factors must comply with OZh2 storage conditions according to GOST 15150-69. Manufacturer's warranties. The manufacturer guarantees compliance of the wires with the requirements of GOST 31947-2012 and TU 16-705.501-2010, provided the consumer complies with the storage, transportation, installation, and operation conditions. Warranty service life - 3 years. The warranty period is calculated from the date the wires are put into operation, but no later than 6 months from the date of manufacture.
